10 Skin Care tips you need to follow for glowing & healthy skin!

Skin care is an important part of maintaining healthy skin. It’s also important to eat right, exercise and sleep well. However, our busy schedules often make it difficult for us to get all these things done in a timely manner. We end up rushing through our days without giving much thought towards our health or appearance; sometimes even skipping meals because we’re too busy working or doing other things that require all of our attention! We’ve put together ten simple tips that will help you achieve glowing & healthy skin by making sure you take care of yourself first:

1. Drink plenty of water.Drinking plenty of water is necessary for getting a healthy & glowing skin.

You should drink at least eight glasses of water every day. This is an easy way to stay hydrated and keep your skin looking young.

Drinking plenty of water can also help you lose weight, which is a good thing in and of itself! If you’re not thirsty, drink some anyway—you’ll feel better as soon as the water makes its way down into your system

2. Eat healthy fruits and vegetables.

eat healthy fruits and vegetables to nourish your skin and make it look healthy and glowingFruits and vegetables are rich in antioxidants, which help your skin look younger. They also contain vitamins and minerals that are essential for maintaining healthy skin, such as vitamin C and E (which keep your immune system strong), beta-carotene (a carotenoid that protects against UV rays) and folate.

Fruits and vegetables can be eaten raw or cooked; however, cooking will deactivate some of their natural nutrients. For example, cooking broccoli may lower its levels of potassium but increase its calcium content—so don’t forget to add some extra calcium-containing foods like dairy products when you eat this vegetable!

When eaten regularly over time—especially at breakfast time—fruits & vegetables may reduce signs of aging by helping prevent free radical damage caused by exposure to harmful UV rays from the sun.

3. Give up smoking.

Giving up smoking can be great for your skin because smoking makes your skin dull

Smoking is bad for your skin. It reduces blood flow to your skin, which means that it can’t heal properly and will cause wrinkles. Smoking breaks down collagen, which makes your skin look older than it really is. The amount of oxygen in your blood is reduced by smoking as well, so this also contributes to premature aging of the skin (and heart disease).

Finally, smoke damages the natural barrier function of healthy cells on the surface of our bodies—including those in our epidermis (outer layer) and dermis (middle layer). This means that smokers are more prone to infections in general; however, these infections can be even worse for their appearance because they’re occurring under a thin protective layer instead of through pores like they would if there weren’t any damage done first by smoking!

4. Love your sleep.Taking at least 8 hours of sleep promotes glowing skin

Sleep is one of the most important factors in maintaining healthy skin. It’s no secret that sleep helps you feel better and look younger, but did you know how much it can also affect your skin?

Sleep plays a big role in our bodies’ natural renewal process. When we sleep, our bodies repair themselves by removing dead or damaged cells from the surface of our body tissue, replacing them with new ones from inside out. This process helps keep your skin looking young and vibrant by removing blemishes before they become larger problems for treatment or illness!

On top of this fact that sleeping well is good for us overall (not just our minds), there are some specific benefits related directly towards maintaining healthy skin:

5. Exfoliate twice a week.

Exfoliating is one of the most effective ways to remove dead skin cells and help your skin look brighter and healthier. It also helps your pores absorb more moisturizer, which means you’ll see a difference in how fast this process goes. Exfoliation will leave your face feeling baby soft!

6. Face wash is a must!

Your face is the most sensitive part of your body. It needs to be taken care of with care and attention.

Face wash should be used twice a day, at least fifteen minutes before bedtime and once in the morning before you leave for work or school. Use a mild cleanser that has no fragrance, alcohol or sugar in it as these can cause irritation on your skin. For example if you have sensitive skin then try Dove Beauty Bar Cleanse Balm which is made from plant oils so it won’t irritate your eyes or nose which are also very delicate areas on our bodies! If possible use an exfoliating scrub twice weekly: once in morning when applying moisturizer (after washing) & another time after removing makeup at night before going to bed; this helps remove dead cells from our faces making them look younger & healthier looking too!

7. Use a good face serum

Face serums are one of the most important products you can use to treat and protect your skin. They’re designed to hydrate, plump, and smooth out fine lines as well as age spots—all without clogging pores. One of my favorite brands is Olay because they provide an array of effective products for different needs: from anti-aging serums like Olay Regenerist Collagen Peptide 24 Face Serum

8. Moisturise twice daily.

Moisturising twice a day is an essential part of your skincare routine. It helps to nourish dry skin and keeps it looking radiant, while also helping to prevent blemishes, spots and wrinkles.

  • After washing your face with warm water, apply a moisturiser on dry skin in small amounts (less than one pump).
  • You can use the same method to apply makeup after cleansing but make sure it doesn’t get too close to the eye area as this can cause irritation or stinging sensations if applied too close.
  • Choose a suitable formula for your skin type: if you have oily or combo-oily complexion then choose one that contains oil control ingredients such as avocado oil; if you have sensitive or combination skin then opt for an unscented product that won’t irritate any breakouts down below!

9. Change your pillow cases regularly.

  • Do you change your pillow cases regularly?

If you don’t, then it’s time to start doing so. The reason why changing pillow cases regularly is important is because this will help keep your skin healthy and glowing over the long term. You should also consider whether or not you have any allergies or sensitivities when it comes to materials used in making your bedding or pillowcases, which could lead to breakouts on your face if left untreated for too long (happened to me once).

10. Kick back & relax for some time. Avoid taking stress.

Last but not the least! stop taking stress & chill for some time. When you’re stressed out, your skin is compromised. stay happy & stay healthy!

Glowing skin is achievable!

Glowing skin is achievable. You can have glowing skin. It’s healthy, it’s important to your self-esteem and overall health and confidence, attractiveness—but most importantly, it makes you feel good about yourself! And if we all start thinking this way about ourselves, then we’ll all be glowing with happiness together!
